The Company has been chosen as a power producer, according to a notification from the Energy Regulatory Commission dated April 5, 2023.

Radiant Power Company Limited (“the Company”), which is the chosen electricity generation applicant pursuant to the announcement of the Energy Regulatory Commission on the list of selected electricity generation applicants pursuant to the regulations of the Energy Regulatory Commission on the procurement of electricity from renewable energy in the form of Feed-in Tariff (FiT) for the years 2022-2030 for the group without fuel costs, B.E. 2565, announced on April 5, 2023. The Company has currently signed a Power Purchase Agreement with the Provincial Electricity Authority (“PEA”) for a maximum proposed electricity capacity of 5 megawatts, with the project located at Hat Chao Samran Sub District, Mueang Phetchaburi District, Phetchaburi Province, with the scheduled commercial operation date (“SCOD”) within December 31, 2027.
